SF Executive are working with a private equity backed technology/ SAAS business in the Midlands to recruit a Chief Financial Officer.

We are looking for a senior finance professional who has experience working within a private equity setting, ideally within a software/ service organisation. Whilst it is preferrable that you already hold a No.1 finance position, our client is open to a talented, motivated and ambitious No.2.

Your role will be to shepherd the business through a full investment cycle alongside the CEO and ultimately own the process of selling the business.

A six-figure package and seven figure equity package will exist for the successful candidate.
